100 boxes of Girl Scout cookies

1200 Beanie Babies

1675 personal care items such as lip balm, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. & calendars

3350 drinks of Kool-Aid, Gatorade, hot cocoa, etc.

1675 packs of beef jerky &  granola bars

1675 individual bags of candy & licorice sticks

1675 packs of gum-  books, magazines and puzzles, and footballs and toy.

Their individual packets were overflowing with goodies and cards of support and most

of all Love from the citizens of the USA that they are protecting.  Thank

you all for making our program work...and to our USA military...we are here for

you and will be working on another big campaign this summer, so if you want

a Letter from Home Package, you must sign up each time by sending us a note

with your current address.

Our soldiers anxiously await their packages.. and on Letter stuffing day, returning soldier

came to show their support and appreciation by packaging packages with us!!

Everyone is packaging boxes for the troops including our

returning soldiers who came to help..

The boxes were mailed out on June 7, 2005.

Our big Letter stuffing party was an overwhelming success on Sunday June 5, 2005.

There were well over 100 people who showed up to help with the packaging

 including 3 soldiers who recently returned home and

wanted to come back to the Letters from Home Program and show their support. 

What an honor for all who attended!!
