August 5, 2006 Letters from Home Program and the Oak Ridge Boys together at a special Meet/Greet before their concert at the Clearfield County Fair. The Oak Ridge Boys (who are the Ambassadors for the National Anthem Project) are great supporter of the troops and wanted to thank the program for the work they have done and are doing for the men/women serving our wonderful country.
Shown below is the Letters from Home Program presenting a basket of Bears to the Oaks and our Letters from Home Tshirts being signed by the members of the Oak Ridge Boys. After the meet and greet, we were pleasantly surprised to see Joe Bonsall come back out of the tour bus wearing the Letters from Home Tshirt we had just presented him. The concert was awesome, and we thank the Oak Ridge Boys for taking the time to meet and greet our program.
