Johnsonburg Area vs Kane Area High School Alumni Game invited us

to be the Half-time show.? Being Memorial Day weekend, what a

way to show our troops, we have not forgotten them.

Thank you to Kane Lawn and Garden for the donation of the Flowering Crab tree.

The tree will be planted at

the American Legion Post 501 Johnsonburg, in honor/memory of those who served.

Thank you to the Old Brickyard/Bevacqua Trucking for sponsoring the Freedom Tree

raffle tickets, where Peggy Sprague won $100 worth of Lottery Tickets.? Remember

to a soldier a Letter from Home is worth a Million Dollars.

Trees lining up to participate in the event and let the troops know we have

not forgotten them.

The ribbons are being placed and the kids are getting anxious.

The scout troops are getting the packages ready to carry on the field including

Elk Trail mix from our friends at Elk County Path.? Thank you for the large donation

of trail mix to send to the troops.? There was also a large box presented

to mail on to the troops from The Old Brickyard/Bevacqua Trucking and Subway

?employees with all kinds of treats and support.

the march that would lead all onto the field.

well they are protecting here in the USA.? Picture on the left is our guest speaker,

Capt. Chris Casey of Delaware Air Guard.

Johnsonburg Area High School majorettes perform fire to one of the songs.

Tara Hart and Arianna Anderson sing renditions of American Tears,

America the Beautiful and Battle Hymn of the Republic.

There was also lots of pride as Paul Fehrenbach and Jim Caruso played Amazing

Grace on bagpipes and ended with taps on the bugle.

C Co 1/112 of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard was present and presented the

colors and 21 gun salute to a standing room only crowd.

DVD copies of the event are being made and will be sent to the troops in their

July mailing to let them know We have tied a Yellow Ribbon, Until they all
